HOW IT GOES TOGETHER
Material enters at the top and works its way down through the process, so the frame is designed around that vertical flow rather than fitted around equipment chosen later. Floors under mills, mixers and pellet presses are stiffened locally to keep vibration from travelling into neighbouring bays, and machine bases are coordinated with the structural grid so they land on framing rather than mid-span. Because feed dust is explosive, pressure relief venting is sized to the volume of each enclosure and panel, door and wall locations follow the venting strategy — the structure and the safety envelope are planned together.

HOW QUALITY IS CONTROLLED
Steel comes from certified mills with full material traceability. Welds are checked by ultrasonic testing and regular weld audits under ISO 9001 control. Coating thickness is verified on galvanized and painted members before packing, and third-party inspection can be arranged before shipment.

Do you provide structural design and shop drawings?

Yes. We provide integrated design services using PKPM and TEKLA, including structural calculation, fabrication (shop) drawings, and 3D models. Drawings and 3D assembly guides are delivered in international and localized formats to support accurate on-site erection.

Can you customize structures to local building codes and loads?

Absolutely. Every project is engineered to your local code requirements, including wind speed, snow load, seismic zone, and live/dead load specifications. Share your site conditions and we will design accordingly.

Do you provide on-site installation and overseas support?
