HOW IT GOES TOGETHER
The shell carries the vertical weight of the grain and a horizontal pressure that grows with depth, so plate thickness and corrugation are set by fill height and bulk density rather than by a standard panel size. Bolted silos use galvanized corrugated plates and high-strength bolts so the shell can be assembled on site and taken down again later; welded silos use thicker plate and full-penetration welds for large terminal capacity. Aeration ducts, temperature cables, level indication and discharge are coordinated with the shell, so every opening and support is designed in rather than cut on site.

HOW QUALITY IS CONTROLLED
Steel comes from certified mills with full material traceability. Welds are checked by ultrasonic testing and regular weld audits under ISO 9001 control. Coating thickness is verified on galvanized and painted members before packing, and third-party inspection can be arranged before shipment.

Do you provide structural design and shop drawings?

Yes. We provide integrated design services using PKPM and TEKLA, including structural calculation, fabrication (shop) drawings, and 3D models. Drawings and 3D assembly guides are delivered in international and localized formats to support accurate on-site erection.

Can you customize structures to local building codes and loads?

Absolutely. Every project is engineered to your local code requirements, including wind speed, snow load, seismic zone, and live/dead load specifications. Share your site conditions and we will design accordingly.
